How does the booking process work?
It starts with a free consultation where we learn about your dream trip. We then craft a custom itinerary tailored to your wishes, budget, and travel dates. Once you approve the plan, we handle all bookings and logistics — flights, hotels, transfers, dining, activities, and more. You just show up!
Do you charge planning fees?
For most vacation packages, our planning services are completely free — we’re compensated by our supplier partners. For highly customized international itineraries over 14 days, a small planning fee may apply, which we’ll always disclose upfront during your consultation.
Can you customize any trip?
Absolutely! Customization is our specialty. Whether you want a specific room category, dietary accommodations, surprise arrangements, wheelchair accessibility, or a completely unique itinerary built from scratch — we handle it all with precision.

Pricing & Payment
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Most vacation packages can be paid in installments. Typically we require a deposit to secure your reservations (usually 10-25% depending on the supplier), with the final balance due 45-90 days before departure. Some special promotions allow even more flexible payment terms.
Will I get the best price booking through you vs. on my own?
In most cases, yes. Our supplier relationships and volume partnerships give us access to rates, promotions, and exclusive perks not available to the general public. We’re also able to secure complimentary upgrades, resort credits, and amenities that add significant value.
What happens if prices drop after I book?
We monitor your booking after purchase and will automatically reprice it if a better rate becomes available for the same accommodations and category. Many of our clients have received refunds weeks after booking simply because we stayed vigilant on their behalf.

What destinations do you cover?
We plan travel to virtually every destination on Earth! Our specialties include the Caribbean, Maldives, Europe, Hawaii, Disney & Universal theme parks, cruise itineraries, Mexico, Asia, and luxury resort destinations worldwide. If you can dream it, we can plan it.
Do you assist with travel insurance?
Absolutely. We strongly recommend travel insurance and can help you find the right policy for your trip. We’ll explain coverage options clearly, including “cancel for any reason” policies, medical evacuation coverage, and trip interruption protection.
Are you an authorized Disney Vacation Planner?
Yes! We are an authorized Disney Vacation Planner (ADVP). Our team is specially trained and certified by Disney, meaning we receive ongoing education directly from Disney about their parks, resorts, and programs — and we can access exclusive booking benefits for our clients.

Support & Logistics
What support do I have during my trip?
Our 24/7 concierge line is available throughout your vacation. If your flight is delayed, a hotel has an issue, or you need last-minute changes — we’re one call or text away. We have contacts at every destination to resolve any issue quickly and professionally.
How far in advance should I book?
For most vacations, we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for Disney trips, peak seasons, and international travel. Disney character dining and certain experiences can book up 60 days in advance. For holidays like spring break, summer, and Christmas, 6-12 months is ideal.
